This is Mr. Dixon's 14th year in Education.  He began his educational journey serving as a substitute teacher and Instructional Support Paraprofessional in Arlington ISD.  He has spent the last 13 years in Grand Prairie ISD serving as a Teacher at Dubiski Career High School, Administrative Intern and Assistant Principal at Crosswinds Accelerated High School and Hope Academy, Dean of Instruction at Sallye Moore College and Career Preparatory, and most recently the Principal of Young Men’s Leadership Academy.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Southern Mississippi and his master’s degree in educational leadership from Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Dixon is excited about partnering, serving, and collaborating with all stakeholders of Bill Arnold Middle School to ensure that we build strong children who reach their full academic, social, and emotional potential.   The hope is that every student can tap into their unique gifts and talents and use them to make a difference in the world.

In Mr. Dixon’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, family, and friends, actively engaging in the community, and watching history and wild-life documentaries.
